Brochures, media packages Starting at $ 120.00 Depending upon your needs... Finished, master brocuhure lay-out for print or web in a variety of formats.
Stock Photo Useage Starting at $ 25.00 each for 72 dpi, web-ready Pre-sized image in 72 dpi format ofr your licensed use on your web-site or email brochure. Files that are print-ready will be quoted per instance, depending upon size and format required by your print shop.
Fine Art Images Starting at $ 105.00 for 8" x 10" matte finish Prints only to framed prints available.

    Our eye-popping, Realtor/Builder photo package starts at $ 139.00 and includes a FREE virtual tour. We rush the MLS /Internet/email size shots to you via email within 48 hours . You also get two sets of master images on CD. The "Large" files are for your print/advertising use and the "Small" files are the ones we send via email and are already sized for Internet use. We also re-size and upload your images and your branding information (including your logo and portrait that you provide) and build a virtual tour with music, maps, all your contact information and more. The images are shown in large, 800 x 600 format and there is a thumbnail filmstrip that allows you to over-ride the tour and select particular photos to see. You will get very complete coverage and the most professional looking tour out there. Our tours come free of any monthly subscriptions or surcharges and our tours are 100% downloadable for free to burn your own CD.

     

    How much time will be needed to shoot my house?

    A good rule of thumb is that one hour (Our starting package) will suffice for up to 1600 square feet. After that, figure one hour per additional 1000 sq. ft. If you have an absolute limit/budget, we can work with you to select certain shots and simply spend only the time that your budget allows. Keep in mind that due to the repeat nature of the realty business, we do discount extra time for Realtors and Builders...from $ 89.95/hr. to $ 69.95/hr.

     

    Why are DG Digital Images so much better?

    Why are our images so much better than the others you see? We insist on using state-of-the-art, radio-controlled, professional lighting (No cords to trip over, no bulky batteries and no draw on your house electric supply) and professional, artistic composition techniques. Our shots are bright with background hallways and doorways nicely illuminated... no dark, forboding corners and neighboring rooms. "Ambient" light, or natural light, is important and can thus create "Ambience". But if you are focusing on the house and its architecture, the furniture and decoration should serve as accents, not focal points. What is most important is the layout and condition of the house, its rooms and its more permanent fixtures and details. The odds are you'll bring your own furniture. So that's why we take the time to properly light your house and that's why our shots look so much better than the rest.
